On Saturday, October 25, 2025, hundreds will gather to honor those affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.
The walk represents a deeply personal fight for so many local families in the Upstate.
Participants will gather at Fifth Third Park, home of the Hub City Spartanburgers, turning downtown into a sea of purple for the cause.
Registration begins at 9:00 AM, with an opening ceremony to follow at 9:45 AM, kicking off a morning of solidarity and hope.
Fundraising efforts are already showing incredible momentum.
The community has raised over $73,000, pushing towards an ambitious goal of $110,000 to fund research and support services.
Every dollar and every step brings us closer to a different future.
Organized by the Alzheimer's Association, the Spartanburg Alzheimer's walk is one of the most significant local fundraising events dedicated to memory care and research.
